All lease outs will be required to start and finish at half hour (ex. 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM)

Lease Outs will be charged for one additional hour to include 30-minute setup prior to the event, and 30-minute cleanup after the event. The example above will be booked and charged for 4 hours (12:00 PM to 4:00 PM) for the 3-hour event

Members will receive a 20% discount for the total booking

We will charge a non-refundable 20% deposit to hold the booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the booking, and loss of deposit.

For the best chance of securing your desired date and time, we recommend booking at least a month in advance. However, we understand that plans can come together quickly, and we’re happy to accommodate short-notice bookings based on availability.
